General questions and feedback
Email [email protected] for general questions, feedback, accessibility issues and broken links. When reporting a technical problem, include the relevant page URL, your device and browser, and a short description of what happened.
Tool support
For a tool issue, tell us which tool you used, the smallest non-sensitive input needed to reproduce the issue, the expected result and the actual result. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, payment details, government identifiers, medical information, confidential files or private client data.
Corrections and rights notices
To report an inaccurate statement, include the page URL, the exact statement, your proposed correction and a reliable supporting source. For copyright, trademark or other rights notices, identify the relevant page, describe the protected work or right, explain your authority to act and state the action you request.
Security reports
For a suspected vulnerability, use the subject line “Security report” and provide the smallest safe reproduction. Do not exploit the issue, disclose it publicly before we can investigate, or include live credentials or personal data.
Privacy requests
For a privacy question or data-rights request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” State your country or region and the right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you; do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate method.
Business and media
Business, advertising and media enquiries can be sent to [email protected]. Sending a proposal does not create a partnership, confidentiality obligation or commitment to publish.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge ordinary messages within five business days. Legal, privacy, security and rights notices may take longer because they can require verification. We may not respond to spam, abusive messages, mass solicitations or requests outside the site’s scope.
