Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SafeStack at zenlark.cc handles information when you use the website and its browser-based tools.
Who is responsible for your information
SafeStack operates the Service available at zenlark.cc. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Scope
This policy applies to the SafeStack website and its browser-based tools. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from our pages; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Information you provide
We may receive information you choose to send by email, such as your name, email address, message, support details, correction request, rights notice, security report or privacy request. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary and we have asked you to use an appropriate channel.
Tool inputs and local processing
Tool inputs—including text, password samples, secrets, files and images—are processed locally by JavaScript and browser APIs on your device. They are not intentionally transmitted to a SafeStack application server. Tool inputs and results normally remain only in the current browser session until you refresh or close the page, unless you choose to copy or download them. Do not enter confidential, regulated, medical, financial, legally privileged or highly sensitive information into a tool.
Information collected automatically
When you request the deployed website, Cloudflare processes ordinary technical request information for delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. This can include IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, response status and security or error logs.
Local storage and cookies
SafeStack stores your selected light or dark theme in browser local storage under “safestack-theme.” This preference is not used to identify you and can be removed through browser settings or site-data controls. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage or browser fingerprinting for its performance measurements.
How we use information
We use information reasonably necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service; respond to messages, support issues and rights requests; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; comply with applicable law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use information for materially different purposes without appropriate notice or permission.
When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to hosting, security, email and technical providers acting on our behalf; professional advisers where necessary; authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or the Service; and a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or asset transfer. We assess legal requests and disclose only what is reasonably required.
Advertising and analytics status
SafeStack currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (also called Browser Insights) to understand page performance and usage. Cloudflare’s browser beacon collects performance metrics and related page, referrer, browser and operating-system information; Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not use client-side storage. SafeStack does not currently load Google advertising code or other advertising scripts.
Google advertising choices
If SafeStack enables Google advertising in the future, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, measure, limit or personalize ads, subject to applicable law and consent requirements. You can manage Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services in Google’s partner-sites policy.
Retention
SafeStack does not retain local tool inputs. We keep email messages and any available operational or security logs only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations or abuse prevention. Cloudflare documents that unsampled Web Analytics beacon data is retained for seven days and then aggregated for longer-term reporting; its dashboard may make analytics available for up to six months.
International processing and security
Hosting and email providers may process technical or contact information in countries other than yours, subject to their own safeguards and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the Service, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the theme preference through browser settings and choose not to contact us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent for personal information we control. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request,” your region and the right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate verification information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect product, vendor, legal or operational changes. We will post the revised version here and update the Last updated date; where required, we will provide additional notice. Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
