LEGAL / TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of SafeStack at zenlark.cc and its browser-based tools and related content.

Effective October 14, 2026Last updated October 14, 2026English version

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using SafeStack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parent or guardian consent, use the Service only with that consent.

What the Service provides

SafeStack provides browser-based tools for privacy, security, data inspection, conversion and related everyday digital tasks. Tool results are estimates or aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, outputs and suitability before relying on a result.

Limited permission to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the Service for lawful purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Service or authorize copying, republishing, selling, sublicensing, reverse engineering, large-scale scraping, interference or creation of a competing dataset, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

You must not violate law or another person’s rights; disrupt, overload, probe, bypass or compromise the Service or its security; introduce malware, automated abuse, fraudulent traffic or deceptive activity; access non-public areas or data without authorization; use bots or scrapers in a way that ignores technical restrictions or creates unreasonable load; misrepresent affiliation; or use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing or privacy-invasive material.

Tool limitations and safety

Outputs can be incomplete, rounded, browser-dependent or incorrect in an edge case. A decoded token is not verified, a password score is not a breach check, a matching hash is useful only with a trusted reference, and metadata removal does not remove visual clues. Test outputs safely and verify important results independently. Nothing on SafeStack is individualized medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, engineering, workplace-safety or other professional advice.

Third-party links and services

SafeStack may link to websites or services controlled by others. Your interaction with that content is between you and the third party. We do not control or guarantee third-party availability, content, security, advertising or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Intellectual property

SafeStack’s original design, text, software, graphics and compilation are owned by or used with permission by the site operator and are protected by applicable law. Third-party brands, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Do not remove ownership, attribution, copyright, trademark or advertising disclosures.

Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend or remove content and features for operational, security, legal or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent URLs or compatibility with every device.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and quiet enjoyment. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeStack and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, savings, business or opportunity arising from the Service. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for product, legal, security or operational reasons. We will post the revised version and update the Last updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires affirmative consent.
